Again the 440e chainsaw has been designed to be a great all round chainsaw. However it perhaps comes in to it’s own when used by smallholders who do not have the need to use a chainsaw all the time, but when they do they require one that is powerful, reliable and gives the necessary performance. The X-Torq engine is fitted with smart start making this an extremely easy chainsaw to start. And with the Lowvib and ergonomic handle it is a very comfortable chainsaw to use that saves on wear and tear on your hands and arms. On the safety front the 440e possess the inertia chain brake and for hassle free maintenance, the air filter is quick release and there is s tool less chain tensioning. This chainsaw can be used for small jobs such as pruning and hobby work but does thrive on thick tree trunks. When you look at the Husqvarna 440e petrol chainsaw it is very pleasing to the eye with it’s slim body. All in all this is a very good chainsaw with a superb power to weight ration and perhaps the lowest vibration levels of any chainsaw in this range.
